How is the shipping fee calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on different states and provinces in the U.S. and Canada. For Ontario, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies.
How long does it take for Bánh Box to arrive?
Delivery takes 7–10 days or less, depending on your location.

How to cancel subscription?
Customers are able to cancel their subscriptions in the customer portal, which can be accessed via the link they receive in each subscription email OR by logging into their account in our shop. Click here for more information.

When will I be charged?
- When you complete your order, you will be charged immediately for your subscription.
- For future payments, you’ll be charged on the same date and time each month (or
every 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your chosen plan).
Can I purchase only one box without subscribing?
Currently, we only offer recurring subscriptions. However, if you'd like to receive just one box, you can subscribe to the monthly plan and then cancel your subscription right away. This way, you’ll only be charged for that one month's box.
